下北沢 Workshop August 14, 2016

It was good to be back from vacation!

We had a great group of returning champions. Nice to see people up at 10:00 (early!) and ready to work. Some people we had not seen in a long time. Good to have them back.

We worked through a blank scene with a focus on relationships and the power dynamics that are likely to change in a scene. Power exchange really brought energy to the scenes. But it was putting the scenes into an unlikely location that really led to people using action to tell the story. Fine work all around.

After the break we brought out scenes from "Let Me In" and "Mr. and Mrs. Smith". Each had sudden reversals in power and the locations became important with secret information brought into play. Nicely done and we could probably have gone much farther with more time...

Already looking ahead to the 下北沢 workshop next month. We're not sure about the next 永山 workshop yet, but we'll let you know when that's decided.
